After completion her Degree in Law at Multimedia University in Melaka, Manreet joined Messrs Viknes Ratna & Co as a Paralegal, where she gained exposure to accident matters. Subsequently, she began her pupillage at Messrs. Rasvin Sodhi & Co in 2022. During her pupillage, she delved into various legal areas, including Conveyancing, Employment, Industrial Relations, Family Law, Summary Judgments and as well as proceedings in Civil and Criminal Litigation.

Upon completing her pupillage and being admitted to the bar in March 2023, she started her career as a fully qualified Legal Assistant at Messrs Rasvin Sodhi & Co, wherein she was involved in all aspects of legal practice, primarily assisting the Partner across all dispute-related aspects in the High Courts and Court of Appeal. Later, in December 2023, she transitioned to Messrs. Amin-Tan & Co., where she became part of the conveyancing team, primarily handling conveyancing files.
