What are the advantages you gain as a Pupil at ATC?

ATC provides you with a wide exposure in the Conveyancing and Litigation Department. Pupils will be mentored by Pupils Master who are partners of ATC, to ensure Pupils develop their full potential in their area of interest.

What resources and tools are available to Pupils?

ATC’s library is equipped with a comprehensive range of legal textbooks and complimented by an excellent online legal research platform (Lexis Nexis Advance and CLJ Law). In addition to the above, University of Malaya’s Law Library is located within five kilometers from ATC’s office.

What to anticipate from ATC’s Pupillage?

ATC’s Pupillage Program provides flexibility of choosing Pupils area of interest. Pupils will be given hands-on training, interacting and communicating with clients and counterparties. ATC also encourages Pupils to be observant and to understand the fundamentals of managing a law firm with regards to the “dos” and the “don’ts”.

What are the incentives and compensation ATC Pupils receive?

ATC Pupils receive a monthly remuneration with all incidental expenses for admission to the Malaysia Bar borne by ATC.

Who is ATC looking for?

  1. Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  2. Excellent academic results and an avid researcher.
  3. A good command of written and oral skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia. Any other language skills will be an added advantage.
  4. A good attitude, independent, and a team player in managing issues.

 

When do Pupils apply?

After obtaining the relevant professional qualification or any final year law students are also encouraged to apply.

Where to submit Pupils application?
