Arifah obtained her LL.B (Hons) law degree from University of Malaya in 2014 and was admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya in the year 2015. She joined Amin-Tan & Co. in the same year of being admitted to the Bar and became a partner in 2017.

In her years of practice, Arifah has been accorded the privilege to deal with legal matters stretching over the field of contentious to non-contentious in Civil and Banking Litigation. She has also gained experience in various areas of law including but not limited to Probate and Administration, Employment Law and Insolvency and Receivership.

Arifah’s forte remains in the field of Debt Recoveries wherein she has represented financial institutions and companies for various debt recovery claims and was also involved in defending various Appeals brought by and/or against the said institutions and companies.
